Family, music, books, movies, travel, computers - these are some of
the things that are important to me. I'm a 50 year old divorcee
with two grown children. I've been alone too long and am ready to
start looking.
I don't feel like I"m 50. I play computer games (and I don't mean solitaire) and I like my music loud.
My tastes are very eclectic in both music and reading material. I love sci-fi and fantasy, classic rock and punk, psychological thrillers and r&b, how to books and classical guitar.
It's hard to define my likes and interests in a few words, there is still so much to learn about out there.
I'm very liberal and extremely non-religious.
I'm pretty shy in real life until I get to know you, I'm NOT a social butterfly. I can be sarcastic and witty or quiet and loving.
First and foremost, I'm looking for a friend. Friendship has to come first. Someone to have long conversations with yet who understands the importance of periods of silence. I need someone committed to me but not smothering. Don't take me for granted and I won't take you for granted.
