any poetry or erotica written by james r. johnson, the prophet by kahlil gibran, anything written by r. neville johnston, steven harrison, tolle, rumi, or children... eye also love fairy tales, fables, children's books, even picture books and live stories... reference books, art books, history books, books, books, books... eye love books... just the smell of them gets me excited...
movies:
amelie, wizard of oz, baraka, bridges of madison county (anything with clint eastwood), clean and sober, basic instinct (anything with michael douglas), blue sky (anything with tommy lee jones), flawless (anything with de niro), bucket list (anything with jack nicholson or morgan freeman), lars and the real girl, rabbit proof fence, indie films, oldies, independent films, foreign films, drama, comedy, romance . . . soooooooooooooo many . . .
and then along came mr. cineophile. . . and its never been the same with movies again... so, anything he recommends, especially the first six-pack eye brought home (which included cinema paridiso, el postino, swept away, in the realm of the senses...followed by the next 6-pack... and the next...
