I am a corporate finance professional who came to Denver for a job a little over 2 years ago. I have loved living in downtown Denver for over two years. I grew up in Michigan and had a brief stint living in North Carolina.
My passion in life is traveling to see what our world has to offer for each of my 5 senses. I have this mandatory rule where I have to travel to a place I have never been to every year. It doesn't have to always be outside of the United States since our country has so much to offer but I do enjoy experiencing other cultures, foods, and other things that I will never see in the U.S. such as going to Koh Phi Phi in Thailand and swimming with glowing plankton.
I also enjoy mountain biking (Fruita is my favorite so far), hiking, skiing, stimulating conversation, drinking full bodied jammy red wines or great beer, live music, landscape architecture, Jazz in the Park, or just simply relaxing on a patio (somewhere tropical absolutely preferred). By the end of the year, I will be certified in scuba and I hope to be on my way to learning to play the piano or violin.
I am a pretty spontaneous guy and would prefer changing the pace up each week. In other words, I am not the type of person who "gets up to the mountains every moment I can". Don't get me wrong, I love getting outdoors. However, I also enjoy taking in a play, a movie, some mini-golf or go-kart racing, or just making an exquisite dinner and enjoying a great bottle of wine on the patio at home. I have high ambition in life and have worked very hard to get to where I am.
