Mathematics/Logic is my favorite academic subject, as it is the only fixed "truth" in the universe. Actually, it's possible to prove that mathematics is incomplete using mathematics. Also, math can be applied to the physical world to describe phenomena in nature.
It has been a while, but I do occasionally design and build rc airplanes. I have built four successful designs (successful in that they flew, and flew close to how I wanted them to perform). My favorite design was a sport aircraft that I designed when I was 16. It was my second personally designed airplane, and my best performing airplane to date (that will soon change with my newest staggered x-wing airplane which I am currently building).
I used to love designing my airplanes in Rhino 3D and building them out of balsa wood. Once I entered college I could no longer build my airplanes because of the lack of room, and now it is difficult to build them because of the constraints on the tools I can use in the apartment. However, I am trying to get back into doing that stuff.
One last thing you should know about me is that I play violin. I have played since I was about six years old, and am fairly good. I did not practice much in college (didn't want to disturb my roommates), and have thus lost a decent amount of my repertoire, but I have been trying to regain what I had lost.
