Honestly, my ideal first date is: I pick you up, we go out for coffee, we get along, we go pick up some groceries, and we go back to my place where we chat and I make dinner. I'm not cheap; if you want to go to a wicked fancy restaurant for the second date it's on me. I just don't find those types of situations to be any good for relaxing and getting to know people.
