My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I can't stand egos, so these are a torture to fill out. I'll get to it eventually. If you subscribe to Briggs-Myers, I'm an INTJ.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
History major at MSJC, working on general ed. The goal is to eventually become a history teacher. I'm considering a minor in anthropology... because, well... who doesn't want to be Indiana Jones?! I'm happily in a relationship, but still consider myself new to the area- so it'd be nice to meet some new people.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making and fixing things. My mom is a crafter, and my dad an engineer. I got the best of both worlds; DIY is in my DNA. & Yahtzee!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair, usually. The ridiculous way my body resembles a pear. And the eyes- or at least that's the cheap pick-up line I get the most.

Currently reading: A Game of Thrones, American Gods, and Sense and Sensibility. Kindles make it a tad easier to get lost in a few stories at a time. Though I do feel bad neglecting physical copies on my shelf that I've yet to get to. There's a LOT of Tolkien, if that tells you anything.

Movies: Star Wars (originals), Indiana Jones, Ghostbusters, The Goonies, pretty much anything Tarantino does, Tim Burton's stuff before 2005, Blast From The Past, Kevin Smith's askewniverse, The Rocketeer, Hellboy, most of the Avengers related flicks, The Mummy, The Evil Dead, John Hughes' films, John Waters' films, anything with Frankenstein in it (I've got a bit of a collection), Fido, Freaks, anything with Bill Murray♥, The Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy.

Current Shows: Parks and Rec, Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, The Walking Dead, 2 Broke Girls, Mythbusters, The Big Bang Theory, HIMYM (fucking infuriating show), Sons of Anarchy, Warehouse 13, American Horror Story, Sherlock, Downton Abbey, and my guilty pleasure: any stupid ghost hunter show.

Nostalgia: The Office, Daria, Star Trek TNG (Wheaton!), Firefly, Buffy, Bill Nye the Science Guy, The X-files, Seinfeld, Rocko's Modern Life, Batman TAS, The IT Crowd, News Radio, The Adventures of Pete and Pete, Hercules, and Xena.

Music: Social Distortion, Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin, The Builders And The Butchers, Incubus, The Lumineers, Rise Against, Of Monsters And Men, Amy Winehouse, Soundgarden, Blind Melon, Old Crow Medicine Show, Wanda Jackson, Reel Big Fish, No Doubt, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Sublime, Amanda Palmer, Misfits, Johnny Cash, Ravi Shankar, Philip Glass, Aaron Copland
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The ocean.
A needle & thread to customize any/every thing.
Internal organs.
Friends.
Live music.
Tea.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where I can acquire a taxidermied owl.
How I can organize my apartment furniture around a Tesla coil.
The need of explaining my art to you, Warren.
Were those the droids I was looking for?
What design I'd leave at the Cadillac Ranch.
Where the hell my Hogwarts letter went off to.
Also, beards.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Riding my beach cruiser around town, or at the local historic theatre.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I get weak-kneed when there's a pretty vintage car around.
