My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a laid-back, genuinely warm, affectionate guy who appreciates simplicity. Music is my passion and where I find the truest expression of my spirituality.

I've been told I'm a great listener and a calming presence. While I value sincerity, I have an absurd sense of humor. And I have a pretty ridiculous uninhibited laugh, but you might have to unleash it.

I love the energy of the city, but appreciate stillness and silence and the outdoors even more (I'm from Maine, it's in the blood). Pursuing the beautiful things in life is what interests me most.

I'm super liberal and try to be engaged with issues of social & economic justice when i can. But I'd like to be more actively involved than I am right now.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Playing music that hopefully moves people in some way, and trying to be an empathetic, compassionate and generous human being overall.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening, finding humor in odd places, playing the saxophone. Being affectionate.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably my height. Maybe my eyes, which seem to contain a lot of different colors. Also, people say they're calmer when they're around me. And according to some, my laugh is unique and kind of charming.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The inadequacy of words to convey most things. Ideas for comedy sketches / short films that may or may not ever get made. How not to think so much.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out at a show or performing...or watching movies, or at a neighborhood bar. Maybe at a house concert / pot luck / the awesome indian or tibetan joints in my neighborhood.
