My Self-Summary
I work at UC Berkeley as a research chemist. I work in the X-ray
Crystallography facility where we analyze chemical samples and
teach grad students to analyze their own samples. I really love my
job. Each day is always different. I currently live alone in an
apartment in Hayward. I'm hoping to start looking for a house to
buy this summer. I love the Bay Area! I grew up in Los Angeles, but
my family often vacationed in the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe. I moved
here last summer from San Diego, where I was for 2.5 years teaching
and doing research at UC San Diego. I went to the University of
Notre Dame for undergrad, where I was in the marching band (I
play(ed) the French Horn). As a result, I'm a big fan of college
football. I try to get to one ND football game a year. I did my
graduate work in Seattle at the Univ. of Washington. So I've been
all over, looking forward to settling down to one location for
longer than 4 years. I'm looking for someone with ability to be my
best friend, partner in crime, and soul mate all at the same time.

I love all music with the exception of death metal and hard core
rap. Everything else is constantly playing on my mp3 player.
Mexican food is my favorite, but I am in no way a picky eater.

My sunglasses, my toothbrush, Blackberry (sad, I know...I'm
addicted), TiVo, music, and love.
