My Self-Summary

Always an evolutionary process, I find myself learning more and more about myself daily. The clarity that I am ready and willing to make the effort to discover the path to healthy relating, has been a while coming, but the good news is.... it is now strongly in my awareness.
I love the desert... well, nature in general... but there is something magical about the desert and the life there. I also am a fan of most animals, and look forward to a time when I can logistically fit a dog back into my life. Without a doubt, life is an adventure, and I feel that the journey could be much more interesting with a companion.

I'm living it.... as fully and as happily as I know how. I try to balance play with work, and then I do my work playfully.

Creative thought... communication.... stubbornly accomplishing just about anything I set my sights on. I'm good at finding interesting moments in even the most routine day.

I read professional material, but mostly I like novels with some fantasy or sci fi elements. Futuristic scenarios are intriguing. Movies the same... I am a Star Trek fan from way back. I enjoy the Harry Potter movies.
Music is mostly old rock from the 70s, but I can appreciate just about any genre, including a bit of rap. Food is fuel~ I like lots of protein and green veggies. I'm not a puritan on this, but have found with the level of physical exercise I get, it works for me. Secretly, I like E. Indian food the best.
