Well I've just moved back down south after breaking up with my
partner and back in with my family, which is a bit embarrassing to
admit, but unfortunately it was the only option and they've been
more than supportive.
Now I'm just looking at having fun meeting new people and not
taking life too seriously. Hence, probably why I'm on here heh !
What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently working as a support worker for people with learning
disabilites and have been doing this in various settings for almost
5 years now.
I get a lot of pleasure out of doing it and it's been the only job
that I haven't wanted to run full speed into a brickwall because of
At the moment I'm trying to save up for my own place, due to the
previously mentioned info above. Might take a while to get there on
my current wages, but I am determined to leave my parents house by
the time I've reached 40 (!)
I think it's important to set yourself realistic goals (!)
I’m really good at
Making people laugh, cheering them up, my stupid inbetweeners
dancing, eating kfc and kissing.....Not kissing after eating kfc
you understand, as that wouldn't be very pleasant....unless of
course you shared my passion so much and decided to recreate that
scene from 'Lady and the Tramp' by using a chip instead ? No ? Just
The first things people usually notice about me
Erm my spiked hair and loud shirts (if I'm out clubbing) ! If not
then, erm, well I'm quite quiet when I meet people for the first
time, so some may think that I'm hard work, but once I get to know
people I'm the bestest friend ever and I have the awards to prove
I've also been told that I've got quite a nice arse, so take that
for what it's worth ?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Movies - I love most horror films. Dumb and dumber, crank, shoot em
up, the hangover (basically a varied choice).
Music - Again a varied selection which depends on my moods. David
Guetta, Matchbox Twenty, Pink, Kings of Leon, The Prodigy and The
Killers are among my favourites as well as certain 90's boybands
which I'm not afraid to admit and also 2 unlimited too.
TV - The Mentalist, The Inbetweeners, Operation Good Guys,
Wrestling, Pointless, Friends, An Idiot Abroad, Nitro Circus and
PBR Bull Riding.
Books - Erm does The Sun newspaper count ? I do read
autobiographies if I feel the person is interesting enough.
The six things I could never do without
Just my friends and family......and KFC.....and Kopperberg
flavoured cider and probably sky channels 900 to 942 if I'm being
completely honest with you.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
New places to visit and new experiences to try. But also on a
grander scale, the meaning of life and the hope of becoming a ghost
to haunt people.
On a typical Friday night I am
Am either out with friends in the pub "shooting the shit" (as they
say in the states) or having a quiet night in with a takeaway and a
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Oh dear. Have I actually got any integrity left after everything
else I've written ?
Not much tbh.....Well here goes, I also have a bad habit of sucking
my thumb when I'm comfortable.....there I said it !
I'm sure I'll now await an inbox full of positive messages from
prospective damsels in distress (!)
You should message me if
Just get in touch if you fancy a laugh or just wanna chat about
random stuff. Horror film and James Bond fans will get preferential
treatment i'm afraid ;o)~
