My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi, my name is Andie. My family is the most important thing in my life. I love them more than anything. I'm very old fashioned and mature for my age. I like to see the best in everyone and try my hardest not to make judgements. God knows I'm nowhere close to perfect.
I like to stay active but life has gotten in the way and I've slacked off some. I used to run, but my shins argued with me on that so I prefer less impact like biking. Anything with water is great: swimming, kayaking, WWR, etc.
My best friend has always told me that I have the biggest heart she has ever seen. I will do everything and anything I can to make the people I love happy. Personally I think I'm weird and awkward beyond measure, but I'm told it's endearing after you get to know me.

But here's some fun facts for the road:
I could live off of Honey Nut Cheerios.
I can quote a movie or tv show after watching it once. My entire family can quote Monty Python and the Holy Grail from beginning to end.
Some days lightning/thunder storms terrify me and some days they don't.
I'm allergic to artificial sweetener and smoke.
I had to get staples in my head when I was five or six when an old rotary phone fell on my head. I still have a scar that's hidden by my hair.
I fractured my wrist when I was ten by flipping my bike over my head. I'm pretty sure it healed incorrectly.
I really love the last bite of an ice cream cone when the ice cream is all melted and awesome. It's a true sign of my affection if I let someone else eat it.
I tried to dig a swimming pool in the empty lot beside my house as a kid and had to be taught about property lines and zoning laws.
I wanted to be Kim Possible when I was a kid. Well, to tell the truth, I still want to be Kim Possible.
I almost died white water rafting when I was 14.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm currently working at a job where I can help people (when they let me) which is definitely gives some satisfaction. At least enough to even out the horrible management I have to deal with. I'm still figuring out what I want to be "when I grow up". Until then, I'm doing what I need to do and trying to find ways to live everyday to the fullest. I'm also fixing up my house, painting, finishing windows, landscaping, etc. So I guess I will see what happens from here.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Baking. I cannot cook to save my life but I love to bake, probably because I have the biggest sweet tooth ever.

Sleeping through my ten (not even kidding) alarms and having ten minutes to get ready for work.
The first things people usually notice about me

I am short. If I had a nickel...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Anything by Sarah Dessen, Jodi Picoult, and Tracy Peterson. I will read their books over and over again. The Hunger Games, Harry Potter, and the Uglies series.

I will watch just about anything. Comedies, horror, thriller, romantic comedies, animated childrens' movies. I love the Lake House, Stardust, LOTR, Harry Potter, My Cousin Vinny, Just Go With It, and A League of Their Own. August Rush might be my favorite movie though. I think it's absolutely beautiful.

My favorite shows are Buffy, Raising Hope, New Girl, and Supernatural. I also have an addiction to reruns of Friends.

Again, I will listen to just about anything; top 40s, classic rock, oldies, country, classical. There is something about the 90s that makes it my favorite. My Pandora station is always set to 90s Pop. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons is my favorite band. I also like Bruno Mars, REO Speedwagon, Journey, All-American Rejects, Taylor Swift, Carly Simon, The Carpenters, Simon and Garfunkle, and Ed Sheeran.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Family (I know this is cliche, but I really do love my family more than anything)
A good book to read
My quilt (A security blanket that has been passed down through my siblings. Yes, I realize I'm 23 and not 5)
Chocolate covered pretzels
French fries
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What the future holds, how the past has molded me, and how to make the present the best it can possibly be.
I once got a fortune from a cookie that read "You are the guiding starof his existance." I'm always wondering if someone is alive because of me, if I'll ever meet him, and what my role in his life was/will be. Maybe it's something as simple as I was five minutes late to work and didn't cause a traffic accident that would have injured a pregnant woman.

I just realized that I think way too much.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Most likely hanging out with a friend or two or curled up with a good book or movie.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It's not very private if I'm willing to admit it, but talk to myself quite frequently; curse of living alone.

I seem like someone you want to get to know and you were able to get through the above without believing me certifiably insane.

Disclaimer: I'm sneaking over into bitch mode with this comment: I'm guessing it says I rarely respond to messages. Just a head's up, I don't respond if I'm called a pet name (my name is not "girl" or "beautiful", kindly do not call me that) or if I feel you're being derogatory in any way, shape, or form. I don't waste my time. Also, the use of correct (or even decent) spelling and
