What to say... What to say...
Well here are the basics:
I am a fairly low key, down to earth, practical guy. I like long walks (they don't have to be on a beach), bar hopping with friends and fantasizing about future trips. I've lived in Chicago for just over a year and really like it here. I'm a city person at heart, I grew up in NYC (Astoria, Queens to be exact) which probably has a lot to do with it.
What I'm looking for:
I can be a bit shy when it comes to making the first move, so somebody who can be aggressive when it comes to going after what they want would be appreciated. Otherwise I am looking for a good personality, somebody who is curious and would travel the world if they had the means.

What I’m doing with my life
Work wise, I am a Flight Attendant based here in Chicago. This
means that I am away from home overnight frequently so jealous
types need not apply. Otherwise I just like to enjoy myself, go out
time to time and meet new people.
I’m really good at
I'm great at making a good first impression. I'm a good listener
and I'm told I give great advice. I make a good, strong drink and I
am practicing cooking and baking.
The first things people usually notice about me
The first thing that people notice about me, at least that they
comment on, is either my height or my smile. A few days ago a
stranger on the street turned around and told me that I had "a
really happy laugh."
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books: I am not as avid a reader as I should be but I do enjoy
books by Christopher Rice. My favorite book however is Jane
Austen's Pride & Prejudice, which is an excellent segue
into...
Movies: I can watch the BBC miniseries version of Pride & Prejudice forever, definitely a desert island pick. Otherwise I'm not really a huge movie buff.
Music: Typical trashy pop music (Britney, Madonna, etc.) I know it isn't the best quality, but it makes me happy and makes me want to dance.
Food: I love the flavors of Indian and Thai cooking. I am slowly becoming a convert to Chicago style pizza but I still crave a nice hand tossed slice every now and then.
