Originally from Detroit, but have been in NYC for 14 years. I enjoy traveling the world (went to Turkey in October and planning a trip to Iceland in July), entertaining at home and spending time with friends and family. Love children and hope to have some one day. Inspired by nature, modern art and photography. Like doing yoga and being active outdoors, especially hiking (went to Alaska twice for it).

Huge fan of biographies and currently reading Queen Noor's. Like Shawshank Redemption and Sliding Doors. Music lover of all types, especially Flamenco guitar, the Black Keys, Miike Snow and Broken Bells. Enjoy cooking and all types of food, from Mediterranean, spicy Indian, a rich Ramen soup, dim sum, burger and a beer to sashimi. Travel channel junky, especially anything Anthony Bourdain.
