My self-summary
I'm a Bay Area native with a career since 1995 in Chinese Medicine, Therapeutic Bodywork, and Holistic Health. I love helping others experience higher quality of life through natural means, and especially helping people get their lives back from serious illness, injuries, or trauma.

Part of that higher quality of life includes great music and experiences. After graduating from Raver Academy in the 90's, I'm finally getting around to learning how to DJ, and I can't wait to throw down sets that take people to amazing places.

I'm a Futurist, Root Beer connoisseur, and lover of music, theater, film, photography, art, performance, and the great outdoors. I love hiking, hot springs, snowboarding, cross country skiing, road cycling, mountain biking, scuba diving, and sky diving.

I've been to Thailand, Barbados, and Portland once, Maui twice, and Idaho and Arizona many times. I want to see much more of the world. National Geographic is great, but just not enough.

I have excellent communication skills, culture, intellect, humor, and good health. I savor life and think I strike a healthy balance of being present while planning for the near and far future. It seems I always have more passion and interests than I have time to explore them all.

I've had a great life so far, and I'm looking for a wonderful woman to share a beautiful future with.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm working on a non-fiction book on human potential, developing a meditation tool, running private holistic health practice, and enjoying life.
I’m really good at
Therapeutic Bodywork, communication, listening, editing, critical thinking, creative cooking, imagination, wandering, and having fun :)
The first things people usually notice about me
I've never asked.

The six things I could never do without
Music/Art

Nature

Imagination

Love&Sex

Friends/Family

Food

Exercise

There's a helluva lot more I could never do without. 6 things is no where near sufficient to reflect our priorities. We're vast, complex beings.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to make the world a better place, and what else I can discover and be amazed by.
On a typical Friday night I am
Researching, writing, studying, reading, walking, and/or watching a movie; or taking a break from all that and hanging out with friends, or going on a date.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
If you're lucky, you'll find out.
You should message me if
You're healthy, fit, sex-positive, self-sufficient, have a career or at least on your path to one (and in either case, one that you love), have excellent communication skills and humor, motivated, positive, clever, witty, cultured, creative, open-minded, adventurous, and educated.

You think Flash Mobs are awesome and would do them whenever you had the chance.

You're not hiding your body behind a bunch of head shots.

You don't think duck faces are sexy.

You love yourself -body and spirit.
