It makes my day to find deep and subtle meaning in shallow and trashy media. I love to spend time diving headfirst into the shallows, looking for nuggets of transcendent truth. I take great joy in finding the hidden simplicity that ties together enormous apparent complexity. I love finding perversity beneath innocence, and finding the warmth and hope hidden in a cynical heart.
