My self-summary
I'm a graduate student at CSU studying choral conducting and I hold a bachelors of music in theory and composition. Needless to say, music plays a vital role in my daily life and I am not ashamed to say that I am a complete choir nerd. Actually, I'm pretty nerdy in generally. I'm an Eagle Scout, my chess playing skills are well above average, I love to read and debate philosophy and theology.

I consider myself an intuitive, inquisitive, intelligent, and imaginative person. See how I used alliteration to prove my point...

In groups I often let the others do the talking, however, I have no problem taking a leadership role. I do tend to talk a lot with the few people for whom I feel close.
I’m really good at
I have an uncanny sense of balance: stilts, tree pose, balancing a broomstick with a finger.
The first things people usually notice about me
This is a stupid question. Anything I put will most likely be some unrealistic and inaccurate projection of myself.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I mainly enjoy reading the fantasy genre such as Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones, but I often like to mix up my reading with classics.

I watch shows online. Some of my favorites include: The Big Bang Theory, Game of Thrones, The Colbert Report, The Walking Dead, Star Trek, Lost, Arrested Development and Downton Abbey, Parenthood, Flight of the Concords, Portlandia, South Park

I mainly listen classical or choral music, however, I do enjoy all kinds of music. I firmly believe that there is 'good music' and 'bad music' of every era and genre. Some of my more favorites that you might of heard are:

Don McClean, Simon and Garfunkel, The Cranberries, Radiohead, Alanis Moressette, Jewel, Dresden Dolls, Postal Service, Sigur Rós, and A Perfect Circle
The six things I could never do without
Music
Nature
Close friends
Singing
Sleep
Exotic foods
On a typical Friday night I am
Working or relaxing at home with a book, online or having a few drinks with close friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I stubbornly refused to learn how to read proficiently for my grade level until the age of 12. I thought I could go through life by recognizing logos and constantly moving from school system to school system worked in my favor. Then I learned what I was missing.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 21–33
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
you are really wanting me to message you, because honestly, if you spend your life waiting for others to do things for you then you will probably end up doing a whole lot of wishing. Also, if you are intelligent, well educated, love being in nature, love cats, and are a feminist.
