My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm curious: do people actually exist on these things? Are these really people or some large database just churns out random images of someone and creates personalities? Does the Seattle Freeze also extend into these online dating sites? Despite such skepticism and while I'm here, I guess I'll tell a little about myself (I'll try to keep the hyperbole to a minimum) and what I'm looking for:

Well...a brief foray into alternative relationship models has ended and a new chapter has begun. After a very long relationship, being newly single will be an interesting endeavor and I look forward to meeting someone new to explore adventures together. To be clear: I am not looking for a long-term relationship, but compatible play pals. You can interpret that however you want.

ME: I would describe myself as passionate about:
-Food: I love to cook and enjoy going out and trying new places and cuisines
-Communication: I try to avoid passive-aggressive communication and strive towards communication based on compassion with a healthy dose of emotional intelligence.
-Nature: I love to spend time outdoors, whether it be in my garden or on a hike.
-Health: I'm mostly conscious about what I eat, but I don't believe in food snobbery (which is annoying), but I do believe in making a statement by making choices on where you shop (small businesses) and what you buy. I also like to be somewhat active, whether it be on my bike or in the water. I would consider myself somewhat athletic.
-Cinema: I enjoy a good movie and watch Netflix on occasion.
-Music: I love all types of music. Maybe not the entirety of a genre, but there is good music across all types. I mostly gravitate towards funk, reggae, blues, and my current appreciation bluegrass (How can you not like bluegrass! I imagine myself running through a field with a smile on my face when listening to bluegrass).
-Humor: I love to laugh!
-Travel: Be it a road trip or overseas, traveling is a great way to get a perspective on life.

YOU: I guess I could say, "If any of this piques your fancy...", or "If you have similar ideas and enjoy these, as well...", but that is obvious and I' would love to hear from you! That said, I think variety is a great stimulus for learning new ideas/beliefs/activities (with the exception of being overly/overtly religious. I'm afraid this is one bias that I cannot overcome, well that and EDM). So, if you just love going out to grab a drink and a bite and are not afraid of meeting new people, enjoy getting outdoors and heading to the mountains (I love the Olympic Peninsula) or taking a drive, then send me a message and let's see what happens!
