Building my yoga career, its been 9 years and still going strong! My goal is to codify my yoga work for others to follow and to make what seems like a silly job to some into a full fledged HONORABLE and livable career teaching yoga, writing on the subject, collaborating with the western medical profession, training teachers and consulting on the healing ART form.

Currently I work for 3 major studios in Los Angeles and I guest teach at a studio in NorCal every six weeks. I am also one of the staff teachers for a wonderful non-profit that provides yoga to kids in the Juvenile Detention Center and I am part of a pilot program for yoga in Cedars Sinai!
I also have the honor to mentor students who would like to become teachers.

Yoga for me is a lifestyle however after a few years of total consumption I have found the balance between my passion which happens to be my profession and my personal life. As of right now Yoga has been the BIGGEST love of my life, however I would like to ADD a wonderful man to that list!

Anything that has to do with people, music and creating memorable and fun TOP notch experiences!

I have very healing and strong hands so people tend to melt in my hands when I massage them. The cool things is I often enjoy giving massages, somehow I feel almost as good as the person getting it.

I am also a good conversationalist which includes good listening and a good memory.
I like to think I am excellent at being good company, and enjoying good company.
And I enjoy tasty food and the power of music.

Some of my best abilities however have to do with coming up with fun and dynamic ideas and plans.
And being spontaneous, curious and kind!

Depends on the person: my EYES, smile, breasts, words, sweet smell, soft skin and ability to listen wholeheartedly and to ALWAYS remember your birthday!

Recently I was having this conversation, men either gravitate to my SWEET, nurturing, fun, open, intelligent, soft and easy going nature and I become one of the coolest chics in their lives.

OR

men can't seem to get passed my sensual & sexual NATURE which is also present and powerful. Some men get hypnotized by my BIG lips, BIG tits, and BIG hips and can't see beyond that.

The truth is: I am both. And much more and I am looking for a man who can appreciate all I have to offer as a woman.

I have many favorite books. Although I have a BIG social circle of friends I consider books to be my closest friends. Dostoevsky is my #1 favorite writer of all time not sure if that will ever change. The "Autobiography of a Yogi" is a classic. On TV I love Charlie Rose & Jon Stewart although I only watch them online.

After Yoga, Music is my Goddess! Straight Ahead Jazz will always be by my top pick but ALL live music is vital to my existence. Seriously music not only sets my mind free but it fills me up with joy and then I get to express all the joy I receive from music to my friends, family and yoga students, its a pretty good deal. I have a deep love and appreciation for all music and at this point in my life I need it. Music is one of my DEEPEST connections to life!

Movies have always been fundamental to my life and I have gain much INSPIRATION and motivation from a good film, although I do prefer Documentaries.

Food! Oh I love all good food tasty, organic, vegan, soul, Mexican, Mediterranean I love it all! I love to cook as well and to cook with a partner is one of my favorite things. Important to know I worked in the CULINARY world so I do love dining out and finding new gems!

Yoga, Music, Perfume, US Passport, Charlie Rose, and BEAUTIFUL Earrings, in that order. And my 7th item if I could have one on this thing is some amazing artisanal tequila!

How to continue to ENHANCE the world.
How to continue to earn, and attract the best people, places and opportunities for myself and others.
How my sweet terribly missed Father is doing?
What happened to his powerful yet sensitive energy?
How he had the foresight to mold me into this fierce, powerful, smart, open, and kind woman.
And how they almost hardly make men like him anymore!

I also think about how blessed of a life I have had, truly!
And where they hell did I get all these fun, wild, amazing ideas to do all that I have done?!

And of course the big question, who I will share a passionate kiss with! Its been a long time!

I have also been thinking about what I really want and need from a partner. COMMUNICATION is a woman's best friend fellas, diamonds are second lol!

Communication is currency that's how important it is.
And although I am into technology and I love to text ultimately I want a man who can be old school and pick up the phone and call me for a date or a chat.

The duality is interesting bc ideally most woman at least my circle of friends and I want a man to RESPECT and honor our intelligent and independent hearts and minds.
But then, we also want our men to open doors, buy us dinner, flowers AND hold us & caress us when we have a hard day.

The standard is high!
As it should be the human heart and soul is one of the most precious and influential entities on this planet. And when its cherished properly pyramids can be built or the Taj Mahal for example. And when its poorly cared for, well I won't write it bc we all know of examples of what happens.

And I get it, its tough and maybe confusing but some of us are worth the effort and time to understand.

Developing and nourishing great characteristics like instincts and INTUITION, compassion, and patience are key.
And as we evolve men AND woman alike its not always straight and its often messy.

So lately Ive been trying to be more understanding with myself and others, 21st century living/dating 'aint nothing to mess around with!

We are beautiful and complex creatures, and I personally am trying not to forget about the fun that is required within the journey, right?
The fun in trying to get it right, of trying to unlock the mystery of the heart. Our hearts are filled with loyalty, love, support and kindness that could last a lifetime, if we dare to open them up to each other.

Yes I am a hopeful romantic.
Its in my DNA, if we meet and your willing to listen to the sweet epic love story my parents shared you'll understand.

Until then please know I want a partner that compliments me, in other words who identifies with me of course but who has qualities that I don't have to learn from and admire.
You know my better half type of thing.

Home Bathtub/or Korean Spa, Dinner & Dancing and if I am lucky all 3!
There are plenty of Fridays where I am alone at home and extremely happy and at peace. However, MOST Fridays I am out ENJOYING the artistic and cultural splendors of which ever city I happen to be in which is usually Los Angeles, Oakland, San Francisco, Mexico City and or New York City!

I love cooking and cleaning in the nude!
I love dancing to Louie Prima in my living room in the nude too!
