My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
In sitcom terms, I'm a lot of Chandler, a good bit of Ross, and often Joey it up for the entertainment of others. If you don't know the people about whom I speak (check out that grammar, ladies! - o yea - I love it when you talk proper to me), you're not a real person.

My type is, again in sitcom terms, a Liz Lemon - intelligent, quirky, artistic but unpretentious, with that certain... something that just makes me go "who ARE you?".

Plus I kinda have a thing for girls in glasses....
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Professionally - currently working in the finance department for a theatrical management company. I was an Economics & Drama major so I suppose it makes sense. Still figuring out what I want to do long term.

Personally - I've really gotten into fitness/nutrition in the past year or so. Other hobbies include books, theater, and NBA basketball (go Bobnet/Horncats)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
spooning, cooking French toast, missing my stop on the train, and using google to solve everyday problems
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
my baby blues... and my beard.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - My reading comes in spurts, but I always have a book on me. Recent reads include The Handmaid's Tale, This is Where I Leave You, Sharp Objects, Dark Places. and Catcher in the Rye

Movies - Requiem for a Dream is probably my favorite movie, but you can only watch that so many times. Always love a good coming of age tale, but I'm also a sucker for a good teen comedy /coming of age tale (think Clueless, Mean Girls, 21 Jump St, Superbad, Pitch Perfect etc)

Music - Podcasts during commutes (This American Life, Wait Wait, Savage Love, The Smodcast Network, and a few hobby ones ...). HipHop/Trap in the gym. Acapella is an occasional guilty pleasure.,

TV - Ironic given my intro, but I'm not a huge TV guy. Most of TV consumption comes from Netflix. Recent favorite series include The Inbetweeners, The League, and..I'll admit... Gilmore Girls...Rory ... swoon.

Food - Seafood, red wine, grilled veggies, steak, gallons of coffee and mountains of ice cream.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Sleep (I'm one of these 8+ hours a night folks unfortunately)
Blankets (to facilitate the above)
Physical activity (and affection - I'm kinda a cuddler)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
starting a blog about being a straight man working in musical theater
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
hitting the gym and then having a quiet night in Queens. Saturday is my preferred night for shenanigans
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I play Magic: the Gathering. Apparently this is something you should state upfront - .
(I'm not the guy in the article, BTW, just thought it was relevant)

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
you'll let me borrow a book from your personal library knowing it might not come back in perfect condition ... this has been an issue before ...
