My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a recent transplant from Florida to Seattle. I graduated from FSU and decide to make a change from the south and head to the Northwest. I love it here, from the food to the all the outdoors things to do. Anyways I don't know what else to include. I am a pretty good cook.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I graduated with a degree in Chemistry and would love to do something with that eventually. If that's cooking I don't think I would be too upset. Cooking is chemistry just for a different purpose. With that I'm a sous chef at an upscale Italian place. I really enjoy cooking and hope to one day open my own place.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm a pretty adventurous individual. I enjoy being random and flying by the seat of my pants. I really enjoy cooking. And although I do it for a job I also love to experiment at my house when I have time.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My red hair and my blue eyes. That I have a knack for remembering really obscure things.

Music- Pretty much anything. But some bands I listen to on the regular Pearl Jam, The Black Keys, Minus the Bear, Nirvana, The White Stripes, Weezer, and many, many more.

Movies- Too many to name.

Books-I read a lot. I've been diving into some cooking literature. But I also enjoy Vonnegut, Neruda, Hemingway and a bunch of other writers. The last book I read was Telegraph Avenue by Chabon

Working most of the time. But since when has that ever stopped me from going and hanging out with some friends. Usually will go out and grab a beer and maybe some late night cooking experiments.
