Well to start with I graduated in December and have been a licensed massage therapist since the first of the year. I LOVE IT!
I am also only actively working a single job: what isn't there to love about that?
I am finally exploring Madison once again.....I had great intentions when I came to town almost two years ago but then school and work happened....you know: life! So show me something new ;-)
I'm a nerd in wolf's clothing........
Currently apartment hunting *sigh*
Last thoughts of the day: HOORAY FOR SPRING! I want to grill all the food! I think it's time to get a new tattoo and take a vacation somewhere I haven't been......hmmmmm
Update once more:
So 2013 is drawing to a close. The holidays are right around the corner, work is picking up, internship is almost over, graduation is almost upon me as is my certification exams......so what am I doing on here right now you might ask? Well curiosity got the best of me and maybe I can't help but complicate things. So for now this is a welcome diversion. I'll be back after the holidays but feel free to drop me a line!
Well it's 2013 and I do not feel like rewriting all of this hence the update. I feel like it matters since I got on here right away and things were just getting started with my settling in and all that.
I have added another job which largely consists of folding clothing, but enables me to buy great clothes with a kick ass discount!
I'm addicted to Almond Milk (still love cheese: relax!) and Green Machine Naked juice but make my own in the vitamix.
I have an intense dislike of Kurieg....it's true.
I have been participating in random acts of kindness by scraping off strangers windshields.......
I've met some really awesome people on here and overall it has been a very positive thing for me.....which I will be honest I had my doubts so kudos to my friends for the encouragement. Took some time off after doing some dating to sort of absorb it all.
I don't want to sacrifice the possibility of something amazing for the sake of making life more steam lined in the short term, so if you can handle that I'd love to make time for you.
School is AMAZING and I have made the right choice!
Alas my yoga practice has suffered in favor :-( So I am working on getting that back as a major priority. Even though they are temporary, I love my jobs. I work with great people and with the exception of lamenting the fact that I have to get out of bed I like going into work. Everything is falling into place and I'm so excited about where everything is headed. Just one thing missing..........So here I am.
Well I just moved back to Madison after a six year absence to start another chapter in my life. I am currently redefining myself. I just returned to school at Globe University studying Massage Therapy. I am a former Chef, and while I still love to cook, go out to eat and even talk food, I do not love living the restaurant lifestyle. So it was time to move on.
I work and attend school full time so I don't have as much free time as I once had: it's an adjustment. I'm just putting it out there right away. While I may want to swoop in and take you to all kinds of amazing places that just isn't really in the cards right now. Now a little further down the road.......
So what I'm looking for is someone who doesn't mind my crazy schedule. Someone to make the most of what time I do have.....quality not quantity :-)
INFJ: to those who care.......
I have a wide variety of interests and hobbies.
Obviously I love to cook! I'm very much into wine and even maintain a small collection of special bottles. I love music and going to see live shows. I am a big movie fan when I have time as well. I read allot though these days it is primarily Anatomy books. I also do some writing, painting and other media. I originally attended college as an Art major.
One of my big goals is to do more traveling. I have traveled extensively in the U.S. (I just moved back from Alaska) and I really want to explore the rest of the world!
I'm a very passionate and honest person, intelligent and thoughtful. I believe in always striving for excellence in all that we do in life!
I have recently taken up Yoga and I am loving it!
Anything else we will just have to discuss it over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.
