What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Just moved back to Austin for the fourth or fifth time in ten years. We'll see how long we last this time around.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Everything?

Except, apparently, timely internet correspondence. so bear with me.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
i recently learned that i compulsively do the robot when trying to get through a crowd, or around any obstacle, so maybe that.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: a confederacy of dunces, on the road, the hobbit (but not so much lotr). generally; vonnegut, hesse, lovecraft, burroughs (though i've never actually been able to read any of his books all the way through)
also, graphic novels.

This american life falls somewhere in here.

Music: my tastes vary from day to day but some constants are the knife, nick cave, the velvet underground, boards of canada, radiohead, hot chip, scifi/horror movie soundtracks...

As far as music videos go, this has been my main jam for a while now.

Lately I've been on a surf rock and 60's-70's psychedelic kick but I'm not well versed at all so if you have any suggestions that would be awesome.

Tv: GOT, True Detective, Star Trek (mostly TNG), The Mighty Boosh, Peep show.

Movies: 80's scifi/fantasy/horror, wayne's world, and documentaries-louis theroux is my hero.

Food: Everything always, except cephalopods because I like the more than most things, and cow tongue (or any tongue) because it feels like making out with a dismembered corpse.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
passport
bicycle
something to draw/paint with
good conversation
coffee

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The etymology of terms like 'balls to the wall.' How people in ancient civilizations shaved their pubic hair.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably out at a bar or party feeling like I should be working on projects.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've never LOLed.

You can teach me how to booty bounce. I may be lacking in the physical requirements but I make up for it in spirit. booty spirit.

Also, if you want to get covered in fake blood and have pictures taken of you for a photo/painting project. (It's more fun than it sounds, promise.)
