I spend a lot of time, at least an hour a day, jogging in the park. Being outside, surrounded by trees just put me at peace, you know. Any time I feel stressed, anxious or bored I usually had to the park and go for a jog, or hike of spontaneous weekend camping trip. If I have the money I like watersports too, like jet skiing, para-sailing, and diving.
I'm also very devoted to martial arts, primarily jui-jitsu and capoeira. However that's on hold until my surgery this winter. So all my strength has atrophied. (translation: I'm weak and skinny right now)
And finnally I am a huge science nerd. Seriously, I watch "Though the Worm Hole" a lot. I watch documentaries on physics, quantum physic, biology, bio-engineering, anything science related. My new favorite phenomenon is sonoluminescence. Basically, that's when an ordinary bubble collapses on it self and emits a burst of light. If you really want to hear some science ask me about the higgs boson particle.
