First, a few words to describe me: laid back; honest (to a fault); stubborn; sometimes shy, sometimes wildly outgoing; sarcastic; passionate.

I enjoy the outdoors...hiking and the C&O canal are favorites. If you have other great hiking trails nearby please inform me!! I think rock climbing would be a blast, but find I get intimidated because those who ask me to go are usually avid climbers. I know nothing of how to go about it all!

I'm a nurse on an Adult Surgical/Trauma unit. I love it...can be extremely challenging and frustrating, but overall it's so rewarding. The patients have so much strength and so much experience/knowledge to share. That being said, my job also keeps me very busy.

I don't really have any expectations for this site. I'm very happy with my life and I'm not looking to fill any hole or void, but rather add to all that I'm already lucky enough to have.

Nursing it up

Books: too many. A Prayer for Owen Meany, A Time to Kill, Animal Farm

Movies: Boondock Saints, Fight Club, anything funny. Wedding Crashers, Old School, Role Models, Step Brothers, Tommy Boy etc..

Shows: Prison Break, Dexter, Breaking Bad, King of Queens, Game of Thrones, Duck Dynasty

Music: Almost everything. DMB, Mat Kearney, Queen, RHCP, Breaking Benjamin, Lifehouse, Police, Coldplay, Rebelution...

Meh...I had this filled out because there are a lot of things I love, but I don't think that there are six things I truly wouldn't survive without (and please don't message me saying that I'm wrong and I couldn't do without things like oxygen, nitrogen etc...I think that's a given folks)

I think it's really funny when people say things like 'I like to have fun'...NO WAY?! Cause personally I hate that! Or...'on a Friday night I sometimes stay in to watch a good movie'...as opposed to picking out a winner from all of the bad ones.
