I'm a burner! I'm Sasha, I'm confident, driven and act fast.
I'm looking for a partner to share my adventures\experiences with.
Since I moved to the States about 8 years ago my life turned into adventure, it is a truly the Land of Opportunity.
During my journey, I lived in NY, ME, OH, RI, WA and CA. The process of moving from state to state looked mostly like that: take everything you have and try to fit in a car, what does not fit - gets donated;)
For some reason vacuum cleaners never fit, so I had like 10+ of those by now;) So in this manner I drove I-90 three times end-to-end and 101 from Seattle to San Fran. My dream now to make a ride to San Diego.
I got my BA and Masters in a small school on the East Coast, it was a great experience, I was given an opportunity to teach Computer Science classes to Senior students, it was fantastic.
While outdoorsy stuff like hiking, snowboarding, camping is something I enjoy much, and do more and more often, tennis has a special place in my heart. I still have to adjust to american sports, like football.
Right now I work for a software start-up. It is something that fascinates and attracts me a lot. There is something to it, starting from an idea, assembling a team and then working hard on building something that has never been done before.
I see my future related to start-ups in any way, shape or form. The energy, the type of people and the constant change and push forward, that is addictive and that is what describes start-up community.
My other goal right now is to be more social( I found my self in a tech/software bubble and I really would love to meet people out side of it.) I came to this conclusion while taking a sabbatical in June and July. I took a two month trip to Europe and had a bunch of time to reflect. Besides that - I'm really spontaneous, open-minded, always open for an adventure.
Thank you for stopping by and feel free to drop me a line or two;)
also, feel free to add me on facebook: email@example.com
A funny side-note:
My intern just gave me a dating advice: "Dude you got to invite a girl to an ice cream or frozen yogurt place. no girl going to say no. ice cream makes'em happy." ;)
