anything i write here i'm sure i'll think is ridiculous the next
time i log on to this website. i almost want to write that "i'm
normally not one to do these things" but even that is cliche now,
and i'm doing it so what could i even mean by 'normally'? when was
normal? sometime in the past?

What I’m doing with my life
living and studying spanish in buenos aires, argentina until
december 2009. then back to new york to finish my undergrad in
media, society & the arts. afterward i'm not sure. looking for
the perfect grad program? or not? surviving? creating something(s)?

probably that i'm skinny? though i think it probably depends on the
person...
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
i've read and continue to read a lot of non-fiction mostly;
cultural studies/philosophy and social theory. i've been trying to
start up on the fiction but haven't really. though i did read the
stranger last night because i think i'm one of the only people who
never did in high school.
movies-- hard to name a few. i recently read the motorcycle diaries then watched the movie, which was a great movie.
music- i tend to go for the alternative-folk/rock/pop and some electronic
tv- guilty pleasure is true blood. other than that i rarely ever turn on the tube.

The six things I could never do without
the important people. i try not to attach myself to 'things' like
that. i don't know.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
society and technology (both separately and together), the virtual
and the real, realness, authenticity, ideas of organization.
there's something about the concept of organization and categories
that seems to hold great weight in my mind, but i haven't narrowed
in on exactly why yet...
as well as what i'm doing at the moment, what just happened and what i want to do next.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
i've really never been in a "relationship", but...would like to try
it out sometime in the near future. (the not having been in a
relationship is not the private part, obviously)
