My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I was just looking at my Chinese horoscope and here is what it has to say about people born in the year of the dog, seems pretty accurate to describe me (notice I am not putting any of the negative points down...haha)

***The Dog is a giving, compassionate personality. He offers kind words, support and advice to friends and family. He is a listener, always available to lend an ear or a shoulder to a friend in need. Often Dogs know more about their friends than their friends know about them or even themselves! Dogs are incredibly attentive. Sometimes though, Dogs should pay more attention to their own needs. In private, many Dog people worry a lot.***

I have chosen to be optimistic and strive to live life in the moment, just the other day I was out for a surf, it was one of those afternoons in Santa Cruz where the sunset was so perfect. It only lasted for a few minutes but in that moment it helped me realize what living in the now really is all about. Sure I have read it books but to understand the meaning of being present was the hard part. Now I just need to figure out how to do that every day, any thoughts? Tell me about your ah ha moment?
