My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
The National - All the Wine.

I'm gonna be in Dallas for one night on Thursday and would love for someone to show me around the town. I'm originally from Daytona Beach, FL.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Semi-professional in the IT field. Eventually I'd like to do something in a field related to climate change and public policy.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Math, Physics, Science (non-Bio related).

Frolf (I'm not a technically adept player, but I know how to consume contraband on the course without creating a scene, which is 90% of Frisbee Golf)
The first things people usually notice about me

Books: Mostly non-fiction current events. Democracy Despite Itself, On Being Certain, The Drunkards Walk: How Randomness Rules Our Lives, The Post American World. Random things from the 33 1/3 series.

Movies: No Country for Old Men, Waltz with Bashir, The Room, The Master, Step Brothers. Kind of everything, which I know is technically a cop-out but ya know, deal with it.

Shows: Arrested Development, Home Movies, Frisky Dingo, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, The Wire, Check It Out! with Dr. Steve Brule. Nathan for You might be the most genius thing I've ever seen.

I had a phase where I got into Teen Mom. I'm not saying I'm ashamed of this, just that I have a genetic predisposition to get addicted to bad reality TV. I'm sure Honey Boo Boo would destroy me as a human being and I'd love every second of it if I started watching it.

Music: Radiohead, Titus Andronicus, Animal Collective, The Mountain Goats, Joanna Newsom, Mark Hollis, Oneohtrix Point Never. Any band that fits into the same musical universe as those listed. I hate the band Train with a passion and after a few beers I have a decently entertaining rant about why.

Food: It's good. I'll try anything as long as it's vegetarian (of which there aren't a lot of options in Daytona).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My headphones (Grado SR60i)
2. An internet connection

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
No Friday night is ever typical.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
