I once had a Texan twang but still kept the Texan hair (not by choice).

I am socially conscious and strongly believe in the "Golden Rule". My father always used to tell me, "Tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are". I like to surround myself with people who want to leave this place better off than they found it.

I am fortunate & happy with the career, family & friends that I currently have and am now looking for someone to possibly share all of it with. I still believe in chivalry and traditional ways of dating (including actual real conversations; I am not much of a fan of writing emails like novels) but I am still an independent woman.
