I love hiking and hard physical work, and always have. I'm trying to be smart about aging without trying to turn back the clock. I like my wrinkles, scars and smile lines. After a lot of years of riotous living, I'm finally at a place where I can be sober and silly, where I can live comfortably in my own skin. I like hanging out with people in recovery, and I like hearing how others have made their own spiritual journeys. I spend time every day becoming spiritually centered, and I am grateful to many for the love and help they've shared with me on the road.
