My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
OK, I'm 30 now, so no more denying who I am or who I'm after.
My whole freakin' world revolves around cinema, heavy metal, video games, alternative art, anime, weightlifting, sex, advanced technology, comics that no-one appears to have heard of and baking hot holidays abroad. And I'm looking for someone just as like-minded or at least appreciative.

I'm loyal and honest to all my friends and family, I don't cheat, lie or play around and I always go out of my way to help someone out close to me whenever they need it. And I wouldn't expect less from any future partner I may be with.
I have two large tattoos - and may get more in the future. I'm no boozer though I do LOVE my Jack Daniels. And I can quote entire lines of dialogue from episodes of Red Dwarf to the glorious annoyance of my mates. :-D

And yes, I'm a man on a dating site who's legitimately after more than just the 'one' thing for a change.
................we're talking bacon, right?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
As stated above about what my small world revolves around, my hobbies are;
- Amateur Screenwriter - My niche is fusing urban fantasy with dark satire
- Assisting my mates on recording podcasts and hosting bar quizzes.
- Guitar and bass playing (preferably heavy metal - although I am open-minded towards other music genres)
- Keeping fit at the gym around 2-3 times a week
- Seeing my mates down the pub every month.

As it stands I'm enjoying my life trying to get the most out of it each day. Even catching up on all the things that may have slipped me by when I wasn't busy struggling through the first recession.
But I've been single for a while now and as much as I enjoy the casual fling occasionally I'm more than willing to find someone more special to devote my time and share all of my awesome nonsense with.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Ranting, according to my mates.
Is that a good thing? Do tell me.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Perfect teeth, blue eyes, semi-receding hairline, hatred of authority and wasps. Pretty normal.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Films;
HUNDREDS! To name just a few; Pulp Fiction, Leon, T2, Aliens, Akira, Kick-Ass, Se7en, Oldboy, The Big Lebowski, The Evil Dead, Goodfellas, Mulholland Dr, The Marvel movie series.... This is a good way to kick up a conversation with me.

TV Shows;
Let's see;
I watch very little TV to be honest, although I tend to love watching classic British sitcoms from the 80s and 90s, (Bottom, Red Dwarf, Father Ted, etc) nearly all of the hit HBO series (ie Game of Thrones/True Blood/The Wire, etc) or South Park
And I love anime too. Some of the more ambitious, out there brands like Cowboy Bebop, Wolf's Rain, Paranoia Agent, Ghost in the Shell, Samurai Champloo, Death Note & Fullmetal Alchemist

Music;
Anything almost, but its primarily rock and heavy metal. Machine Head, Pantera, Sepultura, Slipknot, Nevermore, Dream Theater, Carcass, Strapping Young Lad, Scar Symmetry, Alice in Chains and my no.1 - Fear Factory (I have a Fear Factory tattoo on my leg)
Aside from that, 80's cheese, 90's indie, 00's electronica, and a love for symphonic music too.

Books & Comics;
Anything dark, fantastical, satirical, (Japanese ;)) or pulpy - and if its available on a kindle. I kinda prefer it this way
Bottom line; Stephen King, Clive Barker, Charlie Brooker, China Mieville, Garth Ennis, Warren Ellis, Neil Gaiman, Katushiro Otomo, HP Lovecraft. If these names ring a bell in your tastebuds we may share some similar ground.

Games;
PS3 and the PS Vita are my current consoles, although I wish I had more time to be on it than I used too. Would be nice to play alongside someone REAL rather than some anonymous online gamer from the other side of the world. But my favs are Resident Evil, Silent Hill 2, Dead Space, Mass Effect trilogy, The Last of Us, GTA, Mortal Kombat, Spec Ops: The Line, Shadow of the Colossus, God of War, Doom, the Batman Arkham series and many more.

Food,
I love Italian and Chinese primarily. But my tastebuds are open to everything. And I'm learning to cook myself for more recipes.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Oxygen
Cats
The TV
Spare change
Jack Daniels
My left hand :P
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Dozens of script ideas I'm never giving myself time to sit and write down.
Visit Germany, Italy and most of all Japan, before I die.
Annihilating people who ride on those awful poxy Boris Bikes!
The zombie apocalypse and the rise of Cthulu, because why not?
...the usual I guess.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either at the pictures, down the pub with some familiars, or simply at home relaxing after another long week at work.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have an evil identical mutant twin brother chained up in my attic who lives on a diet of fish and marmite. His name's Keith.

JUST DO IT for crying out loud!
Never mind 'liking' or 'rating' me, TALK to me! And if you say something lazy like just 'Hi' then I seriously won't bother writing back.

Another thing, if you're messaging from halfway across the country or abroad, are an emotional/mental headcase or never heard of Count Duckula or Thundercats in your youth there would also be much less point.
(EXCEPTION: I am in Orlando at Disneyworld and Universal for 2 weeks until 11th Oct, so if any locals fancy something fun during this time gimme a buzz ;-)
