I take care of myself holistically and value natural health over drugs/medicine. Nutrition and exercise are forefront in my life. I work hard to make healthy choices. This is very important to me and I want to be with someone who shares this practice. Sometimes it's hard for me to stay on track; I'm not a hardcore athlete and I need a class to make sure I get my workout complete.
I am happy and love my family, who I see often. My siblings and I are close and talk at least once a week. My family is part of who I am, and staying in contact with both my immediate and extended family gives me joy. Sometimes this means traveling to see them in other states.
I really enjoy spending time with friends. I like to schedule things in advance so I always have something on my calendar to look forward to when life gets stressful. I do this in my dating life as well. It doesn't mean I'm trying to tie anyone down, it's just that having social activities helps me remember to enjoy the fun in life, take care of myself, schedule time/pampering for myself, and share time with many different people, each of whom I can learn from.
