Ooh, pick me, PICK ME!

I'm a born and raised Floridian who just moved out to California about three months ago. I'm pretty outdoorsy (my hobbies are (hiking, rock climbing etc) so California is kind of awesome for me. I've been known to go on spontaneous adventures around town (ever been scientologist hunting?) and am in general a happy, fun loving, honest guy.

I'm working at JPL to help make science happen at the moment. I also just got into grad school locally so the next few months are going to get pretty exciting

I recently discovered that there's tons of interesting/ quirky things to do around LA... it's time to experience the city!

One thing I enjoy is rock climbing. Getting the mountain top views is pretty awesome, and the sport is actually way more intellectually stimulating than you'd think.

Also, I'm a pretty decent cook so if you think you have a fun dish or two, we're going to have an epic cookoff in the near future. Consider yourself warned

My friends tell me that I'm a really compassionate/supportive, so that too.

Usually healthy food, but I'll eat just about anything. My more ethnic friends tell me that I have the spice tolerance of a little boy, so not so much in the way of that

Politics and current events: It's really interesting to listen/read to what the media says about a story and try to figure out what's going on inside these heads.
