New to the greater Chicago area, I am originally from New York
City. I moved to the mid west to work as an educator for a non-
profit organization. Last May I graduated as a Psychology and
Religion double major and have since pursued my passion for at-
risk youth.

I am a realist, a daydreamer, an outside the box thinker who envies others who fall farther outside the box. I am extremely social and talkative, the epitome of an extrovert, but also extremely independent. I think intelligence is extremely sexy. I am an over achiever who enjoys being busy. I'm a hard worker and I make sure I give my student's everything I've got.
I'm never afraid to defend my thoughts and I enjoy when others defend theirs.
I love running, reading, potlucks, “feel-good” music, and Australia (I lived in Melbourne for 5 months). I enjoy horror flicks, comedies, indie films and documentaries. I'm embarrassed by how much I enjoy video games and by how horrible of a cook I am. I can sing all the lyrics to every Adele song. I can’t play an instrument and I can't sing, but I have moves.
I am bisexual. Yet, I find the assumptions people make based on my sexuality disappointing. I hold both men and women to the same standards and I respect them equally. My sexuality is not some excuse to be promiscuous- frankly I find it offensive when people "over- sexualize" my attraction to the opposite and same sex. I enjoy monogamous relationships and I expect the same respect from others.
