I am working, as most people are, to make a living, at the moment and working towards creating a work life based on passion :). I am Doing a few other things such as volunteer teaching at a non-for-profit, going to buddhist classes, and reading a variety of books having to do with economics, politics, and spirituality ...

I enjoy going to the gym, staying fit with yoga and weight lifting ...

It's winter, so I am kinda hibernating - who isn't in the winter :)

Also creating an open space in my heart, mind and body to meet great guys with a moderate amount of similar interests who can challenge me and we can potentially grow together in this thing call life ...

I also have somewhat of a spiritual practice and engage my meditation practice at the Kadampa Buddhist Center in Chelsea...also do yoga at home and at the gym: a spiritual practice is essential for creating a life with meaning and a foundation for living with purpose ...

Also venturing into teaching Economics Henry George style at the Henry George School in Manhattan ... I am co-teaching a class on Fundamental Economics,right now - it's based political economy essentially ...

I also enjoy going to various workshops, lectures dealing with social justice causes, spirituality, environmental and political issues, such as creating a better sustainable world for us and for our children even if we don't have children but just for the children who will come after us ...

I'm good a various things ... you'll have to get to know me to find out more details - there is more to an individual than first meets the eye and everyone is experiencing everyone differently day by day, especially if you are that kind of person that is not in the proverbial box ...

my smile and they usually say you don't sound like you sound on the phone meaning I kinda sort of sound like a white boy but I am totally mixed race lol - so many categories we get placed into :(

well, the color purple and dirty dancing and my big fat greek wedding - I watch it to be inspired to LOVE , these are my all time three favorite movies, oh wait, and Pandora YAY as it encompasses quite well the nature of our world - the color purple more so but then again dirty dancing is just awesome, the music, the scenery, the love story and the dancing ...BUT, make no mistake, I like a variety of movies and particularly documentaries as they teach me so much about other people's experiences and the world we live albiet reality is not so fixed so we are not really having the same reality ...

I tend to read a lot of books on spiritual development, social and economic justice and like to listen to many courses from the Teaching Company along with watching many documentaries on Netflix, youtube and topdocumentaryfilms.com... That is essentially how I spend my solitude time... these activities reenforce my vision for the kind of world I would like to live in, however idealistic that might sound, but only I can create "my world" as everyone else ... see I told you I was socially Conscientious...

sex, dharma, my family, working, gym, food, water, air and friends ...

how to make a the world a better place free of war and greed and stupidity ...

at home laying on the couch recovering from the work week :) as opposed to going out drinking and getting drunk which is completely outside where I am in my life right - I did that in my 20s :) ...
