I am a superfox, a smartass, and a clever-genius.
My Self-Summary
I would describe myself as balanced and wholesome. I'm comfortable
in most any social situation and enjoy people in general. I'd like
to think that I'm bright and witty and have a great sense of
humor...but I can be serious, empathetic and devoted. I don't own a
microwave or a dishwasher and I hang my clothes to dry. I like to
grow things in the dirt and I'm not afraid to work hard or get
dirty and I clean up real nice.
I love beautiful handmade furniture, quality linens and warm heavy
blankets in a cold bedroom in Winter and a hot shower at the end of
a cold NH winter day. I live simply and drive an old car. I don't
wear make-up, "do" much with my hair or sport much for bling. My
favorite outfit is probably old jeans that I've had since high
school, a tanktop and bare feet.
And while I'm certainly someone you could bring home to Mother (and
quite confident that she would adore me), I do have a wild side (if
you're lucky enough to see it!).

What I’m doing with my life
I am a full-time single mother to an amazing little boy, I own a
beautiful little cottage and I like fixing up things around the
house, working outside, cooking and being a domestic goddess in
general. My son is my life right now, I mostly drive all around
going to work, school, appointments, grocery store, etc. So, yah,
I'm busy. But I try to enjoy each day, live in the moment, and
embrace the future and appreciate its promise.
I work in sales for a great company that makes Organic Body Care
products. The best company in the world. I feel very lucky to be
part of such a great team!
I’m really good at
I'm really good at being a mother, a friend and an all-around good
person. I'm also good at cooking, writing and some other things.
The first things people usually notice about me
Hard to say, probably my eyes first, and then my engaging
personality and empathetic nature.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
So many to list...I'm a big reader. The Collected Writings of
Lincoln is a favorite...thats my speed book-wise.
Last read (always reading lately): 'Nourishing Traditions' by Sally
Fallon.
I love good food and good beer, both are always better when
shared.
I adore all the great songwriters, one that comes to mind at this
particular moment: Leonard Cohen.
I pretty much loathe TV, don't even have cable. But I do like
movies...all kinds.
The six things I could never do without
My son, a job, the volvo, the cottage, my debit card, lip balm.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Raising my son, our life, work, money and sex. (just being honest!
I'm 31!...something happens to a woman when she turns 30! Don't
know what it is but...)
On a typical Friday night I am
Probably cooking up a good hearty supper for me and my boy,
snuggling in and reading a book with him or dancing around the
kitchen table entertaining him and enjoying his laughter, maybe
watching a movie or playing. I'd put him to bed, have a shower,
maybe have company.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I love being a 5'3"/125lb woman who can bring a 6'3"/200lb man to
his knees.
You should message me if
You're a tall, rugged, hard-working mountain man with a soft smile,
kind eyes, a tender heart, and a wild streak, who is as handy with
a pen as you are a hammer.
