Sometimes I imagine that I am some old British chap that awoke in a strange land. Then I realize... oh this is my home and I once again realize that I was dreaming once again.
To quote a chap-hop artist: I'm a 'chap out of time, but rising to the top.'
It is very difficult to figure what to put in here. What pressure, you're going to decide to write or respond based solely on this. So yeah chap hop, if you've not checked it out... you really are doing yourself a disservice. I tend to be on the old fashioned side... I'd wear three piece suits more often if weather and wallet permitted. Then again I really love just wearing my flip flops and a tee a round town. Speaking of tea, I love all kinds of tea.
Here are four types of folks that I think I tend to at any given time: The Dude, hippie, gypsy and gentleman. Sometimes all at once, however that works. Or doesn't as the case may be.
I'm a bit of a liberal type. So if you are a gun toting aggressive, best move on. I enjoy nice slow bicycle rides around town... or around anywhere. Photography is another strong interest of mine. Anything outdoors pretty much makes me happy. Then again I love also a dimly lit Jazz cafe... we used to have a fantastic one downtown called Pierre's, but that went away long ago. Since then I'm just left with my living room. Which is nice and all... but really lessens my chance of meeting anyone.

Well I'm nearly finished with my front garden and am now starting to work on my back garden/hideaway. So house work pretty much. Also I have a small web business that I am looking to bring into the real world.

Accents, helping others, facilitating communication (which goes along with the helping others), coming up witht he wackiest ideas possible... and probably a bunch of other things.

I don't read nearly as much as I intend... but I do love classic folks like Dumas, Dostoyevsky, Kafka and my favorite contemorary writer is Umberto Eco.

Movies... whew all over the place. Schindler's List, Star Wars, Star Trek, Spaceballs, Big Trouble in Little China, Fight Club, Pi, Blade, Interview With The Vampire, Drunken Master, Sherlock Holmes (the newer ones), The Avengers, Amedeus, The Soloist, The Red Violin, The Dark Crystal, Total Recal (the original), Blade Runner, Vanila Sky, 28 Days Later, Kafka (with Jeremy Irons), The Big Lebowski and many more

Music... again, a wide variety (But do note the absence of 'gangster rap or hip hop.) To quote Benny Goodman 'I like all music as long as it is good music.' So lets start with Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Billie Holiday, Dvorak, Motzart, Arvo Pärt, Karl Jenkins, Ac/Dc, Spelling Bee, Professor Elemental, Mr. B the Gentleman Rhymer, Break of Reality, Zoe Keating, MGMT, Pheonix, Enigma, Moby, Bjork, Sigur Rós, Kansas, Weezer, Cake, Black Sabbath, The Beatles, Janis Joplin, Radio Head, Lenord Skynard, Beethoven, and many many many more.

Shows: Fringe, The IT Crowd, Black Books, Portlandia, 30 Rock, Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Star Trek (All of them, yes even Enterprise... stop laughing!), Battlestar Gallactica (new ones), Lost, Arrested Development, ... that is about all I can think of.

Food. Lasagna and Burritos. I'm sure there are other types, but yeah that is all that comes to mind now.

I don't know or want a typical Friday night. But I do like typical mornings.
