I love to get out and enjoy life. If it's new and exciting, I want to be there. Life is a great journey and I don't want to miss a second!

I'm endlessly positive (until I get sarcastic), I love being on the go (until my couch's endless calling draws me in) and I love meeting new people and experiencing new things (until my responsibilities demand my attention). I love 'odd birds' and enjoy the fact that random people I don't know tend to tell me a little too much personal information. I seriously just want to buy these eggs, not hear about your scaly rash or why you divorced your husband 15 years ago. But, those are the kinds of things that make life interesting and I truly love interacting with people in my community…unless I just want to buy eggs.

I have a great job that I love. I feel fortunate to be able to make a difference for my community every day.

making people feel really comfortable. Sometimes that is a great trait, other times...well, I have some great stories. :-)

I've also got quite a green thumb if I do say so myself...oh, and I'm a pretty good cook too.

I love a great book...non-fiction mostly.

Music...anything live (well, most anything) not a modern country fan...but I have a deep appreciation for good music.

The six things I could never do without

My family, my cell phone, my cutie car, a passion for my career, a great pair of heels and a nice place to walk and clear my head.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

What's going on with our country and our people, poverty, and how we can improve our world. I spend a lot of time thinking about the people in my life that I love. Oh, and how I can get my lawnmower fixed before I'm too embarassed to leave my house.

On a typical Friday night I am
