Though I write for a living, I can't seem to figure out what to put here...I'm a Missouri-born gal who moved to Austin last August, and I've worn dresses almost every day since. My jobs involve two of my favorite things: writing and vintage clothing. I make a living working for a blog and dealing in behind-the-scenes vintage buying.

Here's the obligatory (but true) sentence everyone has about liking movies, books, food, and the outdoors. I enjoy being around people with adventurous, creative spirits. I particularly like exploring, whether it be to a new restaurant or an out-of-the way camping spot.

What else to say? I have a self-deprecating sense of humor. I like cats. (I actually have a cat tattoo..."cattoo," if you will.) I studied Russian in college. I like to pretend I can cook (really I just follow recipes well).

I don't frequent OkCupid terribly often, hence this sparse profile. Plus it's so much more interesting to get to know someone in person, no?

I am currently helping open a vintage store on South Congress. Oh, I'm also learning leather stamping for some reason.

Ordering well at restaurants. Seriously, I almost always get lucky and pick delicious food. I'm also great at wearing vintage dresses almost every day. And I'm good at practical things too, I promise.

My comic book hair. I have a lot of hair on my head.
