My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
"Everyone is after their 'look'. Since you can no longer set any store by your own existence..., all that remains is to perform AN APPEARING ACT, without bothering to BE, or even to be seen. It is not: 'I exist, I'm here', but 'I'm visible, I'm image - look, look!' This is not even narcissim. It's a depthless extraversion, a kind of promotional ingenuousness in which everyone becomes impresario of his/her own appearance." - Jean Baudrillard, Screened Out

I HATE when people tell me I "shouldn't say that." I will say "that." Whatever "that" is

I'm infinitely curious, I may ask you a lot of questions. I'm an information addict, I want to know EVERYTHING

I can't wait to explain to people in 30 years that Michael Jackson was a real person who actually existed. There's just no way they're going to believe me when I tell them that he started off black then turned white, he was the King of Pop and he married the daughter of the King of Rock, he had a detachable nose, he lived in an amusement park, his best friend was a monkey and everyone hated him because they thought he touched little boys, but then he died and everyone loved him again.

I know I'm not the first, but I'm trying something I heard Tim Ferriss mention on some podcast where you try not to complain. If you DO complain, you have follow the complaint up with exploring how you're going to deal with/resolve the thing you're complaining about.

One of my greatest fears is that the future will be amazing, and I'll have contributed nothing to it or, alternatively, that it's terrible and I did nothing to attempt to prevent it.

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work in real estate as a property manager and developing a website that enables its users to find, learn about, and donate instantly to any nonprofit and keep track of their donations automatically. Plus it does a bunch of other stuff too :)

I also tried stand-up comedy for a while, filmmaking, writing. Never got very far in any (between work and startup), but I still love them and constantly consider reinvesting some time in either, but unfortunately time is a bit of a limited commodity for me.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Not peeing for an abnormally long time.

Not eating for an abnormally long time.

Facial recognition. I can spot a C-list celebrity or childhood school-mate from a 100 feet in a split second. I am also good at utilizing this skill to avoid people I don't want to speak to.

I'm also good at quickly picking up sports and becoming above-average at them. I know, quite the talent.

I'm pretty good at muay thai kickboxing and I used to be pretty good at rock climbing, but I'm sure I'm terrible now.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair? It's blonde, but not that blonde, that's just my best guess.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Amazon Prime
Seamless
Netflix
Sweets
A cold room for sleeping in
Animals
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How we could solve problems without using force.

How we have the technological know-how to solve all the major problems that face us, but lack only the will.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
No set thing, sometimes the gym, sometimes a quiet night in after a long week, sometimes hanging with friends, getting delicious food (I mean, everyone likes that right?). Most of all I hope to be talking about fascinating things, unfortunately such discussions seem in alarmingly short supply.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I used to have a rat-tail and wore exclusively sweatpants until the sixth grade. I'll admit anything, I think if there's something about yourself you're afraid to say, then that's a sign you should probably say it. I like the show Justified.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If you enjoy starting from a position of contrarianism. If you tend to think that everyone is doing everything all wrong.

If you think it's weird that your teeth are the only part of your skeleton that pops out of your skin.
