I am what most would call a "social engineer". I have "dorky" (Star Wars, Star Gate, LOTR, Video Games, ect...) interests and would rather stay in rather than go out. That’s not to say that I don’t enjoy going out or don’t get the urge to get out of the house.

I enjoy going to theme parks and riding thrill rides. Carnivals make me leery, but I still go every now and then. I lived in California close to Six Flags and would go as often as I could. It has been a while since I have been to a theme park.

I am currently a caregiver for rescue dogs. I have one that live with me right now. They are both Shih Tzu (shit sus) and along with the other 3 Shih Tzus in the house are very friendly and cute… and high energy when you walk through the door.

I also like to play video games and would like to share that interest with someone. Don’t run away just yet :D. I am not what you would call a “hardcore” gamer. I like playing video games, but they don’t rule my life. After all, it is just a game, and games can be paused.

Every now and then I like to enjoy a good cigar. I recently took a trip to the Dominican Republic where I bought some very nice cigars. Most of the pictures in my profile are from that trip. It was my first trip out of the country and I had a great time!! A nice relaxing evening to me is to kick back with a cigar and a glass of good port. Throw in a movie or a comedian skit (Jeff Dunham is awesome!) and its perfect!

My family used to watch Football a lot when I was younger, but when I went to college, I stopped watching. I just started watching again this past season and really got into it. I even participated in a fantasy football league and took 3rd place. Not too shabby for a rookie if I do say so myself. :)

I am looking for someone who can enjoy a night out with or without friends, but can also enjoy a night in. I am not a “clubber” by any means. I honestly don’t see the point of going to a club where the music is so loud you can’t hear your own thoughts much less talk to each other. I would much rather go play pool and talk or even stay at home and watch a movie.

I am currently employed as a Project Engineer for Oceaneering International.

Working with my hands. Love doing projects around the house and working on my car or motorcycle.
