My self-summary
I'd rather surprise someone than meet their expectations.

I was born and raised in Dallas, but spent the last 7 years living in Monterrey, Mexico. I just moved back and I am on here to try to see if I can make some new friends in my new old home.

I am an ambicultural person, so I tend to get annoyed by people who only see the world through one cultural spectrum.
What I’m doing with my life
Working and paying my bills. Exploring some business options. Doing volunteer work.

I am working on a selection of short stories. I don´t pretend like that is really important, but it's something I really want to do.

Bike trails and basketball courts are where I get my workouts in.
I’m really good at
Speaking Spanish.

TexMex (Meat + Tortillas + Cheese sauce)
BBQ (I smoke a mean brisket)
Hummus, Shawarma, Lebanese Rice
Caribbean food, Indian food
Fruit (except papaya)
The six things I could never do without
hot water
I spend a lot of time thinking about
EVERYTHING! How to prove nationalism is an illusion. Remixing Huapango with Drum n Bass. Why Europe will be strong economically in the 21st Century. If I will get a good grade on my last project. How/When/Why to quit smoking, and excuses to the contrary.
On a typical Friday night I am
I am not that predictable. I could be sitting here on the computer. I could be in an exclusive party. Maybe I am playing basketball at the gym.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Pretty much anything. An example: I sometimes battle with depression.
