I am intelligent, calm, and honest.

My Self-Summary

I am a Senior pursuing a political science degree at the University of Wisconsin-Superior and I plan to go to law school. There are many things that are wonderful in life, but the value of your closest friends and family is rarely overestimated. I like to play devil's advocate way beyond the point of useful instigation. I enjoy conversations that challenge our most passionately held and/or unacknowledged ideals. I try to resist nostalgia. When not otherwise engaged, I very much enjoy a game of tennis, chess or poker and I spend far too much time on my indispensable computer (Oliver). I have rediscovered the joy of reading books purely for pleasure. I like to cook, but most nights I settle for whatever takes 15 minutes or less (fast food excluded). I am addicted to politics. I dislike pretension, though I have rightly been accused of the same. People are strange, even taken in context.

What I’m doing with my life

I plan to graduate with my bachelors in political science in May, then attend law school and hopefully find a job afterward related to election law or campaign finance.

The six things I could never do without

My family, friends, computer, books, Nalgene bottle and music.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

The future and politics.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

is I am bi, vegan and completely incapable of singing on pitch.

You should message me if

you want to. Otherwise, it would be a bit silly.
