My self-summary Propose an edit
So if we're talking about interests here, I would say music first and foremost. I
listen to just about anything. I know that's pretty damn annoying
when people say that, but I love a bit of everything from pop, alterno, trance, hip hop to a little country (come on, who doesn't love
a bit of Johnny Cash? and even Ween did a country album), classical and heavy metal. You can check
out the music bit of my profile for a taste of what I listen
to.
I go to as many gigs
as I can afford (and some that I can't afford!). Highlights
recently have been Lollapalooza last year, V festival this year,
Ween and Peeping Tom.
I'm a pretty social person. I love trying out new places to eat
(more the cheap and cheerful than the fancy shmancy - though
certainly up for a bit of fine dining from time to time),
occasional clubbing and probably far too much drinking than is good
for me at times
I used to play a lot of computer games back in the day when I
actually had a proper computer (Planescape:Torment and
anything by Lucasarts or Sierra) and I am a bit in love with my
Wii (Mario Galaxy - hell, ANYTHING
with Mario in the title....and Guitar Hero are my current
loves).
I looooove to play trivia (anyone want to start up a team in
the Inner West - I'm there), I read a fair bit and I love a good argument.
What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit
I work full time in IT. I consider myself a geek (or a wannabe
geek), but not 100% sure that IT is where my passion lies. If I
could afford to take some time of to soul-search I most definitely
would. I dream of one day giving it all up, moving to Goa and
making jewellery to sell to rich western tourists at the markets
*sigh*
