My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I try to be outgoing and my motto is 'try everything once'! Though at the same time I can be shy and lazy because I'm a hypocrite. I love learning new skills and knowledge and testing myself. I love going to new places and meeting new people. I enjoy playing rugby, scuba diving, reading, aikido ( a Japanese martial art), dancing, travelling, travelling travelling, etc, etc, etc....I'm not good at 'self-summaries'.....

I am venturesome, fickle, and curious.....I'm going to keep these describing words even though OkCupid doesn't do them anymore....just cause I like the ring to them!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've finally finished degree number 2, yaaay no more essays! So I'm now working as a nurse and wondering where to go from here. I had planned on doing degree number 3 in medicine but I don't think I can be bothered with that now, too many essays. Maybe I'll go work abroad? Maybe do a masters in critical care? No wait...that'd mean more essays! Who knows?! I keep changing my mind. Currently I'm on the move to East London (from Wales) to work in some A&Es there.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Forgetting to use what little common sense I have. Making a mess. Science. Trying new things, though I'm not very good at mastering them, jack of all trades master of none type haha.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm the wrong person to ask this question. Ask them. Whoever they are.....
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests. I'll try and pick but I can be quite indecisive...

Books: I don't read as much as I would like these days...I like; Classics (Jane Austen, Orwell, etc), Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, Agatha Christie, Roald Dahl, Chuck Palahniuk, James Bond, Manga. I don't like auto/biographies of stupid people, i.e. celebrities that are good for nothing

Movies: LotR, Bad Boys, Dirty Dancing, Hero, House of Flying Daggers, James Bond, Princess Bride, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Gone with the wind, Monty Python, Casablanca, Hitchcock films.....I can't remember any more....if it looks good I'll watch it, unless its a horror film...though I'll probably end up watching it anyway.

Shows, I mostly just watch these online when I have the time (i.e when I am meant to be doing an essay): Dr Who (new and old), CSI (Miami and Vegas), Spooks, Downton Abbey, House, Scrubs, Green Wing, anime, Torchwood, the news/radio 4, The Mentalist, Merlin, University Challenge (me and my family compete weekly against each other, cause you know, we're cool like that), America's Next Top Model, The Dead Zone, Glee, Merlin, Sherlock.

Music, I'm not really a follower of bands, but here are a couple that seem to feature on my playlists a bit: Radiohead, Lady Gaga, Vivaldi, Starkid/Wrock (hell yeah), 10cc, Sonic Boom Six, Tchaikovsky, Pixies, Basement Jaxx, Faithless, Chicane, Paramore, Kylie, Madonna, Outkast (Hey Ya is my funeral song), Muse, No Doubt, Hole, Auf Der Maur, Dance music (Classic euphoria is great for doing essays to), Tinie Tempah, J-pop, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Prodigy.

Food: I'll try anything but I'm not a fan of; fish, boiled potatoes (dullsville!), and peas. Peas are the food of the DEVIL! Or...if he existed they would be....

Oops...that was a rather long list. TMI perhaps. F... it.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Mostly about the future. I enjoy contemplating the mysteries of life, religious ideas (I'm atheist), philosophical ideas, feminist issues/issues of equality (quick run and hide I'm a feminist!), environmental issues and silly things because you have to have a bit of silly in your life.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Down the pub, on-line with friends or avoiding work by updating this profile apparently.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have really big big toes.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
1) You haven't been scared off yet.

2) You are going to write more than the bland and dumb. I.e 'Hi hows u' is not acceptable, and while we are on that point; No text speak.

3) You are a bit geeky/nerdy.

4) You are outgoing and like some sort of sport/outdoor pursuit (except football, football is for pansys :p ). Sitting around all day every day doing nothing is not cool.

5) You actually match my criteria. No I do not want to 'meet up wiv u' if you are old enough to be my dad!
