My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Never know how to best write something like this. I guess I'll just say I'm a geek/nerd however you'd like to classify that. I work on software, I enjoy my games be it on PS3, Wii, 360, PSP, DS, or PC. I still play Pen and Paper roleplaying games, I adore board games with a group of friends.

On the flipside I love going hiking and backpacking in the mountains, its been years since I've gone backpacking but my friends and I go hiking as often as we can while the weather is good, and sometimes when it isn't so nice.

I like my little tech toys, and for as much of an introvert as I am I do like to be social when I can. I like to stay in as much as I like to go out, staying in is usually just easier to do.

I'd say I'm a bit of a workaholic, I don't really give up when I'm working on a problem and I know I can figure it out so I'll continue to work at that until I feel I can't any more. Its a form of stubborn indignation I carry into quite a few aspects of my life.

I still believe in chivalric values, I tend to be more of a gentleman than anything else. Guess that makes me really old fashioned but that's just the way I am.

Hmmm...Upon reviewing many other profiles. I will add that for Myers-Briggs Personality type I am a INTJ. For a break down on that I direct you to: http://www.personalitypage.com/INTJ.html

And the monkey flips the switch.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Moving forward is probably the best answer. I work in the video games industry and have for several years now. Ultimately I'd like to be a designer working on some AAA titles. So I work and learn, and keep track of designs on the side for where I could find improvements to whats already been done. Really the creative process in games is amazing and its great to work with creative intelligent people all the time.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Games, I have a knack for picking up gameplay mechanics and just getting good at something quickly. Though Rhythm games are really the exception these take a bit more practice for me to become skilled.

Problem Solving, I can tear apart problems and find good solutions that can be done fairly easily quickly.

Cooking, I'm a pretty admirable cook, I can take a look at whats available and throw together a pretty good meal.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
To be honest I don't know, in a conversation lots of sarcasm goes straight over my head so maybe that.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Ah books, I'm a huge fan of Raymond E Fiest and the books he sets in Midkemia. The vibrant world he can bring to life through those novels is truly amazing. In addition to that is Christopher Rowley and his Bazil Broketail series, great fantasy series with good characters. Somewhat easy reading but concepts that really surpass its reading level or first reading age.

Movies its a hard call, there are quite a few movies I enjoy and I keep seeking out more, the same goes for music I'm a bit of a media buff, I have quite a bit of music and I'm always looking to add to the collection I have for the more music I can find the better.

As it goes for shows, a bunch of scifi shows really reached out and I enjoyed quite a bit, Babylon 5, Space Above and Beyond, Farscape, and Stargate all really are at the top of my list so far.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Well if you're looking at survival; Shelter, Water, Food, Fire, Clothing or coverings for warmth and protection, tools for hunting or more complex construction.

As it goes for more everyday stuff, I'm not sure if I couldn't adapt my everyday life to not have some of the stuff I rely on currently.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Anything, Everything. Philosophy is what I used to pass the time with when I was really bored. Work, Lifestyles, How Nasty traffic is, the weather, mostly just random things that pop into my head.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Having a good meal and watching a movie or show. Heading out to have fun with friends on something random.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can't ride a bike...no seriously I can't. I have a terrible sense of balance so I was never able to keep one upright.
