My self-summary
I am not a big fan of the rain. I never owned an umbrella. So it made a lot of sense for me to move to Seattle :). Apart from the rain, I love this city!
Saying that I enjoy travelling is probably an understatement. I lived on the east coast for a few years before moving to Seattle. I lived in two countries before the US. It is never easy uprooting your life and moving. But isn't life all about making memories? I did make some interesting ones.
You should ask me about the time my dad had to chase me to make me put on a gas mask and the time I went hiking up an old hill to find a ruined prehistoric burial ground.

I love exploring new neighborhoods in Seattle – bars and restaurants. I really like Cap Hill and Belltown. What are your favorite parts of the city?
I love cooking. I couldn't make instant noodles two years ago. I now make dinner for my friends. I have come a long way :)
I also like the outdoors and try to get out of the city, when I have the chance.
What I’m doing with my life
I moved here after completing graduate school on the east coast.
I am in Marketing. I like my job on most days! Other than that I like to keep myself busy - bars, hikes or long drives.
I’m really good at
making fun plans for the weekend :) Nothing like it , when a fun plan comes together and everyone has a good time.
Also, I like to think I am good at connecting with new people. I love meeting new people.
The first things people usually notice about me
I honestly don't have a clue. I have been complimented on how I dress, if that works as an answer?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Freakonomics, How to kill a mocking bird, I'm a pole (and so can you). I love reading articles about history and politics :) I geek out on it :)
Music: I miss the 90's. Oasis, Rise Against, Foo Fighters, Match Box 20, Hootie and the Blowfish, Goo Goo Dolls, Eminem, AC DC, Green Day, Guns and Roses, Travis, U2, Weezer. I am very open to different types of music. Can't list them all :)
Shows: The Office, Family Guy, It's always sunny in Philadelphia, South Park, Mindy Project, Two and Half men, Parks and Recreation, Sherlock, Supernatural, the Mentalist, The Musketeers and many more
Food: I LOVE food. I love trying out new cuisines. I will try anything at least once, except bugs. I haven't got around to that yet. I love Italian and Middle Eastern. I enjoy a good steak :)
I am big on Indian food and Thai food. I am honestly very flexible with food and enjoy trying out new places and new cuisines. I also love cooking my own food :)
The six things I could never do without
1. Family & Friends
2. Music-I need it for everything I do. Driving to work, working out , going to sleep.. everything :)

I spend a lot of time thinking about
the nature of flora and fauna in South Uganda :)
On a typical Friday night I am
It is usually never typical. If it was I would get bored of it. I am probably at a new bar or having friends over or maybe just having a quiet night in.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when I was a kid. I pretended to be Leonardo for over a week and didn't respond to my own name. Long story short, my parents got a call and a note from my teachers.
