I am enjoying life - glad to have lived in different places because I don't feel so restless anymore. I love here, and love knowing that NYC, Olympia, Paris, Santa Fe, LA are there - makes me feel free.

Currently I am seriously considering moving to the city - in any case, I am moving house in the coming months (but staying bay area) - exciting.

Seeing how organizations work and helping them work better. I evaluate social programs for a living and work independently... Pluses include running in the middle of the day, perils include working at 9 p.m. (because I went running in the middle of the day)...Oh and I'm meeting lots of interesting people on here. Someone needs to make a documentary of this thing! (Update: someone is making a documentary of this thing).

Banter, dressing a salad, irony, empathy.

This certainly depends on the person, but if I have to answer, going with the boring: glasses.

Books: getting back into fiction, just finished state of wonder and the story of edgar sawtelle about a little boy who can't speak who trains dogs, amazed I read all 500 pages...this question makes me realize that I am shockingly ill-read for all of my schooling!

T.V.: 30 rock, arrested development, Colbert/Stewart, the x-Files, twin peaks, northern exposure; weeds & downton abbey (love/hate).

Movies: dead man, fargo, the princess bride, when harry met sally, the professional, city of lost children, the artist, safety not guaranteed, tiny furniture, lincoln (I hear it's weird I found Lincoln attractive in this movie).

Music: pandora stations: coco rosie, andrew bird, lykke li, iron and wine, gillian welch.
