My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My girlfriend and I both moved back to Ann Arbor last year and we haven't put much effort into making new friends(also, we both work from home). We should probably do something about that because she's going abroad from March-November, and I don't want to die of boredom while she's away.
So we'd like to meet some nice, progressive, generally unconventional folks who want to hang out or something. We're very easy to get along with(unless you're very religious or conservative). One might even describe us as "chill."
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Maximizing fuel efficiency/annoying the shit out of the people driving behind me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Music: It always seems to come down to Bowie. I don't listen to him nearly as much as I once did, but if you like him, I'll probably like you. Ditto for Talking Heads.

Shows: The Good Wife, The Knick, Rick and Morty, Community, Parks and Rec

Reading: I'm somehow an English major who isn't all that into fiction. I'm a voracious consumer of political and technological news, though.

I don't put much thought into food. It's all good. Eh, maybe not mushrooms.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My gal Pal
Hope for the future
Cereal
etc
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Since I started getting potted up again, I've become seriously interested in the possibilities of the future. I've always been kind of a utopianist, but now it actually seems like a possibility. Whenever I get frustrated by today's political realities, it's reassuring to think that technology might render it all moot in the next few decades.
But my goodness, the election results are causing my misandry to flare up again.

Probably smoking and talking about whatever.
