My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I don't like writing about myself, but here is my best attempt at trying to not sound smug or arrogant. I love to live life, and make the most of each day and not waste life. I love medicine, reading, movies, hanging out with friends and having deep conversations over a good beer, the 49ers and the Giants, being outside, camping, and playing with my dog.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work as paramedic in Alameda County, and love my job. In 2011, I took a 5 week trip to Kenya working in a hospital. Absolutely amazing life changing experience. Attempting to make a school comeback tour this fall to pursue being a PA, which is kinda like a doctor with a lot less schooling. While I love my job, it tends to have some moments that are very physically demanding, I just don't know if my body could hold up to this 10-15 years from now. I love medicine and would love to be able to make a career out of it, but not sure where that will be, so I'm open to wherever that takes me. I love being outside and active, things like hiking, camping, surfing, running, jumping, laughing, and basically anything that is fun, exciting, adventurous, and fun.

A recent update: Im currently trying to relearn the guitar (even though I was never that good at in the first place, but oh well :) So if you play, that is a big plus :)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
remembering really obscure useless sports information, dropping random movie quotes, being genuine, helping people and fixing sick or hurting people, trying to be a good friend, making some pretty awesome dishes (ask about my hamburger spinach mix), hanging out, just being me.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
my smile, or my eyes, or something else? I don't know because I don't go around noticing stuff about me.

books: science fiction stuff, and the classics.

I love the Walking Dead. I don't watch a lot of tv other than Modern Family, Sportscenter, football, and occasionally things like Trauma: Life in the ER.

movies: Batman Begins, Top Gun, Terminator 2, Tears Of The Sun, Speed, the Transformers series and the Fast and the furious series.

Music: I like Linkin Park, and will listen to pretty much anything.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Jesus and His constant grace in my life. I would be a complete wreck without Him and have seen how my life looks without Him and it is no bueno.
2. Friends and companionship
3. Reading
4. Hope, vision and purpose
5. Music
6. Traveling. I haven't gotten the opportunity to travel much, but I'd love to see as much of this world as possible.
7. My job
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
stuff. Just a lot of things. There is almost always something on my mind. I think a lot about how I can get better at my job, because people depend on me to know what I am doing and I take that responsibility and privilege seriously. Also think a lot about friends, random stuff. But more seriously, things such as God's purpose for my life and where that will go. He's got a plan and I'm just trying to follow Him where that goes. Also recently started thinking about what part of the world to visit next. Trying to get time off work tends to be hard, so at this point its the short trips that count. And also trying to keep this my primary focus:

33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
hanging out with friends, doing something fun, somewhere. I work every other weekend as of now, which means half my fridays are spent at work, which isnt a bad thing, but its nice to have time away too. There are no typical Fridays. They're always different.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
-Cheesy sounding or not, I am looking for a woman who is going to be my best friend first
-When I was in first grade, I ate a red crayon because I thought it was licorice
-I've always wondered why women like guys who treat them horribly.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
you love Jesus, love to have fun and are genuinely awesome, but don't act like you know it. If you love to do spontaneous and silly things. Also, if you have a heart that is kind and generous and is genuinely concerned about others. If you are into outdoorsy stuff, like camping, fishing, hiking, climbing trees, ice block sledding, swinging on swings, going down slides, and such. Also, if you have been bit by the travel bug, that is a big ++.

A plus if you are into the 49ers, Giants, Warriors, medicine, or know what the most difficult play in baseball is.

Galatians 5:13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.

Message me if this means anything to you :)
